Studio Rental Policies
GENERAL STUDIO RULES
Booking & Payment:
All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system.
Full payment is required to secure your reservation.
Additional time will be billed in 30-minute increments if not pre-booked.
Studio Access:
Clients will receive an entry code or be greeted by a staff member upon arrival.
Only registered clients and their team are allowed in the studio.
The person booking is responsible for all attendees and must remain on-site during the rental period.
No Outside Shoes:
To maintain the cleanliness of our infinity wall and floors, outside shoes are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Please bring clean indoor shoes, socks, or use the provided shoe covers.
Models and subjects may wear appropriate footwear designated for the shoot (cleaned before entry).
Infinity Wall Usage:
The infinity wall is fragile and must be treated with care.
No standing, running, or jumping against the wall.
Avoid placing heavy objects directly against the wall.
Any damage to the infinity wall will result in repair fees.
STUDIO CONDUCT & CLEANLINESS
Respect the Space:
Please handle all equipment and furniture with care.
Keep noise levels reasonable to respect neighboring businesses and other clients.
Cleaning & Trash:
The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found.
Clients must dispose of trash in the provided bins.
A cleaning fee of $50+ will be charged if the studio is left untidy.
No Smoking, Alcohol, or Illegal Substances:
Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund.
Food & Beverages:
Light snacks and drinks are permitted but must be kept away from the infinity wall and equipment.
Clients must clean up all spills immediately.
EQUIPMENT & LIABILITY
Studio Equipment:
Basic lighting and grip equipment are included with your rental.
Additional equipment rentals are available upon request.
All borrowed equipment must be returned in the same condition.
Damage & Repairs:
The renter assumes full responsibility for any damages caused to the studio, infinity wall, or equipment.
Any necessary repairs will be charged to the renter.
Liability Waiver:
The studio is not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen property, or damages to personal items.
Renters must carry their own insurance for large-scale productions.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental are non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice.
A rescheduling fee may apply if multiple changes are made.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
Guests & Pets:
Guests are limited to the number specified in your booking.
No pets are allowed unless required for a professional shoot and pre-approved.
Overtime Fees:
Rentals exceeding the booked time will be charged an overtime rate of 1.5x the hourly rate.
Overtime is subject to studio availability.
By booking with Vision Studios, you agree to comply with all the policies outlined above. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees or termination of the rental without a refund.
